I recently purchased my eyeglasses at Visionworks, and I cannot say enough about the client service and assistance I received! I was assisted by J-Lo, who was very helpful to me in making my purchase.. I will definitely be a future customer at Visionworks!

I recently returned a pair of prescription eyeglasses to the Albany, NY, Northway Mall, new VisionWorks location. Luckily, I was helped by the manager Beth who went higher up and beyond to assist me with replacing my frames with a much nicer, improve fit and looking 1. She non only was friendly just was helping all the customers and solving issues all at once. She is a true asset to this company. This kind of service makes me tell all my friends and will definitely return. Good Job Visionworks.

Dr Derek ** was very professional yet made me feel comfortable every bit he explained all procedures and results. I simply waited 5 minutes and was done within 30 minutes. The rest of the staff were efficient and knowledgeable. Josh was extremely helpful with my order and payment.

Staff is friendly and acknowledges you lot when you lot come in, even if you accept to wait a little. Nice that it's a one stop store where you can get an center examination past doctor and option out glasses. They accept a good choice of glasses at different price ranges,

The customer service varies from i worker to another. But the deals on spectacles and the optometrist get in a great deal. Dr ** is terrific and will spend equally much fourth dimension as needed to make sure yous are satisfied. This store is located at 2635 N Elston Ave, Chicago, IL 60647

I ordered for my spectacles on Jan 26, 2022 and cancelled my order right abroad. The Visionworks employee on Fry and 99 said that their corporate part "Managed Care Services of Visionworks would have to send a reversal to my insurance visitor which could take up to 3 weeks." I waited and waited and waited and called them after 3 weeks and every time I chosen they gave me the same answer "Information technology has been initiated". I even took the thing with BBB and they responded with the aforementioned message. Yet, it has been two and a half months and I have not received my refund dorsum in my Insurance-Avesis account.

I have been managing with actually bad lenses at work and it is giving me headaches. I have been in America since I migrated here in 1996 and have never ever seen a company that has been then irresponsible even later repeated follow ups. I have not received whatsoever call from any supervisor in spite of repeated requests for the aforementioned. Please don't go to this shop on 99 and Fry Road, Katy. If you cancel your order, forget your money. Latha **.

Updated on 03/29/2022: I take filed a formal insurance fraud complaint with New York State, but am not hopeful that I will get any help from them. Stay away from Visionworks.

Original review: I purchased pair of glasses at Visionworks. Afterwards a calendar month and four visits to try to have them adapted properly, I finally gave upward and returned the spectacles. I was told they would send my insurance company the $200 that was covered toward the purchase. It's been 48 days, and several calls to both the insurance company, the local Visionworks store, and Visionworks corporate. Nada!!!! Because Visionworks has non retracted the money to the insurance company, I cannot go elsewhere to purchase another pair of spectacles. I am 76 years former, and have a Medicare Advantage insurance program. In my stance, Visionworks is guilty of medicare fraud. I would like to file a fraud claim against them, only am not sure how to practice information technology. These people are incompetent at all-time, and possibly unethical and fraudulent likewise. Stay away from Visionworks.

I went to to Visionworks Off-white Oaks Mall location for the 1st time for my eye exam and new glasses. The 1st time I got my spectacles and had problem reading from my computer screen which I never experienced this issue with my old spectacles. The staff advised me to get for Progressive Lenses (for which I ended upwardly paying $50.00 more than). I got my progressive lenses and still the same issue that I could not read from my computer screen. Went back to the shop and they said that the lenses angle are required to exist adjusted.. Got my glasses back from them for the 3rd fourth dimension and notwithstanding the aforementioned issue.

Went to the medico once again and she said I am not "Progressive Lenses Adaptive". Went again for the standard vision for the 4th fourth dimension and got my vision corrected simply now the new frames are messed upwards as it seems that someone put something heavy on the frames while re-working them. Went back to the shop and they could non do much nearly it. Information technology was a complete waste of time and money! Please don't go to this outlet!

Most disappointing feel today at the Vancouver Mall Visionworks... Vancouver, WA... We have to drive an hour and a half one fashion to our appointment... I have received multiple emails and text reminders well-nigh our appointments starting at eleven:30 AM, 11:45 AM, 12:00, and 12:xv today February fifteen, 2022... When we arrive at xi:30 for our get-go appointment they say we don't have an appointment and that it was not their problem that we had received all of the emails and texts about the appointments which even stated their site... Rude customer service forth with no offers to help united states when nosotros had taken time off work and school too as the 3 60 minutes drive roundtrip...

This identify is the worst! As shortly as you lot step in the door they hit you with their mask policy which they say is for their customers' wellness and safety but when I inform them that I have a medical condition that prevents me from covering my airways my health and safety goes correct out the door and doesn't matter. If you are going to have a policy make certain it holds up against the science you lot think it'due south built on. Their lenses are sub par equally well. I was there less than 2 years needing more because the production doesn't concord upwards. Don't respond saying how you're sad and call us and "We will try to help." You lot had your risk and you lot blew it!
